In its comprehensive study, which can be read in the October 18, 2025 issue, Capital analyzed the criteria of performance, quality, and continuity of management, as well as the service provided by 220 companies.

We set the highest standards for service: our own. We don’t have hotlines, our customers don’t talk to fancy bots, don’t have to press buttons or leave messages on answering machines, and certainly don’t waste time on hold.

We don’t work with digital, perhaps even purchased “likes” or reviews, and we don’t bombard anyone with virtual marketing. Instead, we value genuine, satisfied, and loyal customers, for whom we are always there when and where we are needed.

And especially in times when everything is being turned upside down digitally, personal contact is important to us. Platform logins, phone calls, and video conferences are great, indispensable, environmentally friendly, and efficient. But they can never replace a personal conversation.
We see ourselves as a long-term partner to our customers, not a short-term seller, and we work passionately every day to become even better. As a completely independent asset manager, we have been working for over 30 years with only one interest in mind: that of our clients. And we are firmly convinced that plain language is and will remain one of the fundamental pillars of our company. We cultivate open exchange, honest communication, and clear statements—as befits partners.
